Visit at the Korkeasaari Zoo

Today we visited the Korkeasaari Zoo with the kids. We took the ferry from Helsinki Market Square . The ferry ride takes roughly 20 minutes.
In overall, I felt everything was highly overpriced. The ferry trip was 9 euros for a return ticket while the entry ticket to the zoo was 27 euros per adult. The price of the food on the island is also not exactly cheap. Consider bringing your own food and avoiding sea transport.
The animals were mostly hiding from the sun and/or sleeping. Nothing too much to see, but we still had our share of fun! 😀
